Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-5) from Monday to Friday will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-5), during weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Handling Time
Once your order is placed, our order processing team requires 2 to 4 business days, from Monday to Friday, to prepare and fulfill your items before shipment.
During high-demand periods or promotional events, handling times may vary slightly. If there are any significant delays, we will do our best to keep customers informed.
Transit and Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched, transit time is typically 3 to 15 business days, depending on your location and carrier efficiency.
Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
