At Lumineluxa, we value your satisfaction and aim to make our return and refund process clear, fair, and easy to understand. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and steps for returning or exchanging lighting products purchased from our store.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, parts, and tags included where applicable. Products that show signs of use, damage, wear, alteration, or missing components after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day return period, provided the item is new, unused, and eligible for return.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, style, finish, or available option, please contact us first. The exchange process will begin after the original item has been received and inspected.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@lumineluxa.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the return or exchange.

After your request is reviewed and approved, Lumineluxa will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to download and print. Please attach the approved return label to your return package and ship the item by mail according to the instructions provided.

Customers should not send items back before receiving return approval and return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns, Lumineluxa covers the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

Customers will not be charged for the approved return label. There are no restocking fees and no additional handling fees related to approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@lumineluxa.com as soon as possible with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

We may request photos or additional details to help review the problem. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid downloadable return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued in USD.

If your payment provider or financial institution applies currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or other charges, those fees are controlled by the financial institution and are outside of our control.
